Buying something just because it’s discounted doesn’t automatically make it a good purchase. What matters more to me (and to you) is quality, intention, and alignment with your wellness/lifestyle values. And of course- NOT going above your budget for this! So yes — some of these are genuinely good deals, and others are a bit more “meh” in terms of savings — but each one is a brand I respect, use, and feel confident recommending. BUT AGAIN, only if it’s totally in the budget and well thought through!
Think of this list as my curated selection of brands where I’ve done enough of a “homework check” on ingredients, ethos, and results so I can say: if you’ve been eyeing something, this is as good a time as any to get it. But also, if you’re not sure — it’s okay to wait. Because a deal is only a win when the product truly serves you.

Why I include it: I am a big believer in C BD. I’ve researched it a ton over the years and follow what the studies say- like how it performs much better if there is a tiny amount of TH C along with it. According to the studies, about 1 in 5 people will NOT benefit from CB D so keep that in mind. Also, don’t use this as a crutch. Just when you need a little boost.

Why I include it: These are the water based minerals I love. The fulvic and humic— not to be confused with fulvic acid and humic acid, which would be more processed.
The green bottle (electrolyze) I do one half cap twice daily. The blue bottle is very detoxifying and I am sensitive to it so I can still only do a few drops a day (whereas Dan can do an entire capful and be fine.) So the green bottle I go through much faster than the blue. But everyone is different.
I take these minerals DAILY and I use the instalytes spray on my face all the time and when I got restless legs when I was pregnant I would use that too- found it way better than magnesium spray.

Why I include it: This brand ROCKS IT when it comes to using potent botanicals as an “antioxidant step” in your skincare routine. It really is like food for the face. Why I include it: Stemregen is stem cell boosting supplement. The studies behind it are GREAT STUDIES and show it really does boost stem cells in blood circulation. Stem cells help with repair. I took this after my C-section. Now keep in mind, stem cells go where they are first needed. So let’s say you hope it helps your knee, but your brain needs stem cells first. It’ll go to your brain first. Which might be annoying because you wanted help with your knee, but the body is intelligent and follows its priorities.

Why I include it: Weighted blankets are amazing!! I have become a full blown convert. Helps me fall asleep much quicker and has helped me with anxiety. Weighted eye masks are also amazing (some prefer those much more) but I don’t like them AS much as the blanket personally. Still use it though and like it. The eye mask did take me a few nights to get used to. But will say I now really enjoy the light weight over the eyes.

Why I include it: This brand has changed my skin. Kept my skin vibrant during pregnancy and even now when I am getting NO SLEEP. Their products are so advanced. I could go on and on and on about Young Goose. I think everything they are doing is so cool. I have NOT tried all of their products but everything I have tried, they do NOT miss.
