How I Remember the B Vitamins

I am a big fan of B vitamins. Boy oh boy does our bodies appreciate the B's baby. Now I know there are multiple Bs. There is even a B17 out there!
Personally, I take a B complex that is methylated. But there are 4 B's that sometimes I extra supplement with. Some would say they are the top Bs ;) And I want to tell you how I remember them!
I'm going to make this so freaking simple so if you want a deep dive, go use DuckDuckGo! This is the easy way a gal can remember.
The B's I am talking about are B5, B6, B9 and B12.
B5 and B6 are really good for when you are under a lot of stress. Or when you are depressed. They are amazing for other things, but mentally-- that's where they rock.
B9 and B12 are really food for when you are low energy and low dopamine. (Although B5 and B6 do help with dopamine as well.) B9 and B12 help a lot with dopamine and energy.
So this is how I remember it-- When I need to downregulate and help myself slow down-- B5 and B6. When I need more energy-- B9 and B12.
5 and 6 are lower than 9 and 12. So 5 and 6 when I need to lower stress. 9 and 12 when I need more uppity energy.
I hope that helps you remember it! Like I said, I take a methylated B complex but sometimes I supplement extra with whatever other B I need.
